You can put a few drops of calming essential oils onto the lava stone beads for all day aromatherapy, and the amethyst/fluorite/tigers eye beads were chosen for their focusing proprieties. 8mm beads and metal spacers (if you have metal sensitivities, leave a note and they can be changed out for different glass/acrylic spacers instead).
