Q: How Long Until My Order Arrives?

A: Since I individually make each order by myself, processing takes between 1-3 days. I use USPS for shipping, so once your package arrives at the post office, it should be shipped to you within 2-3 business days. Each order comes with a tracking number so that you can be sure it is on its way and did not get lost!

 

Q. Is your jewelry allergy friendly?

A. All of my macrame is completely metal free and safe for anyone with metal allergies! My earrings are made with nickel-free hooks and findings, but I can’t always guarantee that the charms are allergy safe given how difficult it is to get information from some vendors about the full make-up of alloys they use -- same goes for the necklaces! If you have any metal allergies, please message me and I can give you more information about each item you’re interested in! 

 

Q: Can I Return/Exchange My Item and/or Get a Refund?

A: I do not accept returns or refunds at this time. If an item is broken or damaged in transit, USPS insures your order. If something does happen to break while in transit, please reach out to me at starfaisecreations@gmail.com so that we can get the claim process started.  However, if a jewelry piece breaks through an obvious fault (ie -- it didn't get snagged on something or yanked on by a toddler, etc), I will happily repair it for free if you cover the cost of return shipping (I will cover the cost of shipping back to you). Just contact me with a photo of the broken item and we will get it sorted out!


Q: An Item Was Missing In My Order! What do I do?

A: Please contact me upon opening your package if something is missing within 3 days of receiving your order, so that I can send the missing item to you. I am a human and I make mistakes, so this may occur but rarely as I take steps to avoid this!



Q: The Post Office Lost My Package! What do I do?

A: While USPS is mostly good at getting packages where they need to go, obviously they are not perfect and sometimes packages go missing or are delivered to the wrong address. A package has to be missing for 20 days before a claim can be made; however, every single package I send out has insurance just in case and so you can get your money back once the claim is processed. We will sort out whether you want a full refund or if you would want the order sent out again once the insurance claim has been processed! Please be patient; it takes about a week for the claim to process. I generally keep an eye on every shipment to make sure it gets where it needs to go, but please send me an email if something goes missing so we can get the claim sorted out!

 

Q. Do you take custom orders?

A. At this time, fully custom orders that require me to purchase new inventory are no longer available. However, if you see something on the site that you would like changed or tweaked and it's something I can do with my current inventory, I would be happy to customize it for you! Just send me a message and we'll work out the details.
