At its smallest it can fit a 14” neck and longest 16” thanks to the extender — if you need a smaller or longer length PLEASE ADD A NOTE. Closes with a lobster clasp. The o-ring on the front is for decoration only — tugging on this collar will cause the rings to open as they are not welded shut. Nickel-free metals.
